间歇光疗治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸的效果观察

Effect of Intermittent Phototherapy on Neonatal Breast Milk Jaundice

目的:探讨间歇光疗治疗新生儿母乳性黄疸的效果。方法:选取西宁市第三人民医院2018年2月—2023年2月收治的母乳性黄疸新生儿60例作为研究对象,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予传统药物治疗,观察组给予间歇光疗。比较两组治疗前后的血清胆红素水平、黄疸消失时间、治疗有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果:干预前,两组胆红素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组胆红素水平均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组黄疸消失时间短于对照组,治疗有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:间歇光疗有助于改善新生儿的胆红素水平,促进黄疸消失进程,并能提升新生儿母乳性黄疸的治疗有效率。

Objective:To investigate the effect of intermittent phototherapy on neonatal breast milk jaundice.Methods:Sixty newborns with breast milk jaundice treated in Xining Third People's Hospital from February 2018 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional medicine,and the observation group was treated with intermittent phototherapy.The serum bilirubin level,jaundice disappearance time,treatment effectiveness and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in bilirubin levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the bilirubin level in both groups was lower than before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the disappearance time of jaundice in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the treatment effective rate was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intermittent phototherapy can improve the level of bilirubin in newborns,promote the disappearance of jaundice,and improve the treatment efficiency of neonatal breast milk jaundice.
