运动针刺结合推拿治疗气滞血瘀型颈型颈椎病的效果研究

Effect of Exercise Acupuncture Combined with Massage on Cervical Spondylosis of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

目的:探究运动针刺结合推拿治疗气滞血瘀型颈型颈椎病的效果。方法:选取2021年4月—2022年4月贵阳市第二人民医院收治的气滞血瘀型颈型颈椎病患者70例作为研究对象,依据奇偶数便利抽样法分为参照组和试验组,各35例。参照组给予常规针灸治疗,试验组给予运动针刺结合推拿治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、颈椎疼痛情况。结果:治疗前,两组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组头痛、肩颈痛、视力障碍、眩晕积分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组颈椎疼痛情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组颈部疼痛程度、手臂症状、症状持续时间低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:运动针刺结合推拿治疗气滞血瘀型颈型颈椎病,能明显改善临床症状及颈椎疼痛,较好。

Objective:To explore the effect of exercise acupuncture combined with massage on cervical spondylosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods:Seventy patients with cervical spondylosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type treated in Guiyang Second People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to odd and even convenience sampling method,with thirty-five cases in each group.The reference group was given conventional acupuncture treatment,and the experimental group was given exercise acupuncture combined with massage treatment.TCM syndrome score and cervical pain before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of headache,shoulder and neck pain,visual impairment and vertigo in experimental group were lower than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in cervical pain between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the degree of neck pain,arm symptoms and duration of symptoms in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise acupuncture combined with massage to treat cervical spondylosis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type can obviously improve clinical symptoms and cervical pain.
