自拟胃安汤治疗肝胃不和型胃脘痛患者价值分析

Value of Self-prepared Weian Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Hepato-gastric Disharmony Gastric Duct Pain

目的:探讨自拟胃安汤治疗肝胃不和型胃脘痛的临床价值。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月北京市昌平区中西医结合医院收治的肝胃不和型胃脘痛患者176例作为研究对象,双盲法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各88例。对照组给予西药方案治疗,观察组给予自拟胃安汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、胃肠激素水平、中医证候积分、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组总有效率(95.4%)高于对照组(78.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)和胃动素(MTL)指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组GAS低于对照组,SS、MTL高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组胃痛、胃灼烧、食欲不振积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组胃痛、胃灼烧、食欲不振积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组出现不良反应人数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用自拟胃安汤治疗肝胃不和型胃脘痛疗效显著,用药后起效速度快,可缩短症状缓解时间,胃肠激素水平调节效果明显,可促进病情恢复,且治疗安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of self-prepared Weian decoction in the treatment of hepato-gastric dishar⁃mony type gastric duct pain.Methods:A total of one hundred and seventy-six patients with hepato-gastric disharmony type gastric duct pain treated in Beijing Changping District Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Beijing from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with eighty-eight cases in each group by double-blind method.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with self-prepared Weian decoction.The clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormone levels,TCM syndrome scores and ad⁃verse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(95.4%)was higher than that of the control group(78.4%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no sig⁃nificant difference in gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS)and motilin(MTL)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,GAS in observation group was lower than control group,SS and MTL were higher than control group,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of stomachache,heartburn and loss of appetite be⁃tween the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of stomachache,heartburn and loss of appetite in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the number of adverse reactions in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-prepared Weian decoction in the treatment of hepato-gastric disharmony type gas⁃tric duct pain has significant effect,rapid onset of effect after medication,which can shorten the time of symptom relief,and has obvious regulation effect on gastrointestinal hormone level,which can promote the recovery of the disease,and has high treatment safety.
