中药穴位贴敷预防化疗患者胃肠道反应的效果分析

Effect of Acupoint Application of Chinese Medicine on Preventing Gastrointestinal Reactions in Patients with Chemotherapy

目的:分析中药穴位贴敷预防化疗患者胃肠道反应的效果。方法:选择2022年9月—2023年9月于如皋博爱医院肿瘤科住院治疗的120例恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,根据单双数法分为试验组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。对照组行常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上行中药穴位贴敷。观察化疗第1~3天及化疗结束后第1、3、5天两组化疗相关恶心呕吐(CINV)发生率、中重度CINV发生率。结果:化疗第1~3天,两组CINV发生率、中重度CINV发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗后第1、3、5天,试验组CINV发生率、中重度CINV发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理的基础上对化疗患者应用中药穴位贴敷,可显著改善胃肠道反应,减少CINV的发生。

Objective:To analyze the effect of acupoint application of Chinese medicine on preventing gastrointestinal reaction in patients with chemotherapy.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with malignant tumors hospitalized in the Department of Oncology of Rugao Boai Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into experimental group(n=60)and control group(n=60)according to odd-even number method.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group applied traditional Chinese medicine acupoints on the basis of the control group.The incidence of chemotherapy-related nausea and vomiting(CINV)and the incidence of moderate and severe CINV were observed on the 1st to 3rd day of chemotherapy and the 1st,3rd and 5th day after chemotherapy.Results:On the 1st to 3rd day of chemotherapy,there was no significant difference in the incidence of CINV and the incidence of moderate and severe CINV between the two groups(P>0.05);at the 1st,3rd and 5th days after chemotherapy,the incidence of CINV and the incidence of moderate and severe CINV in experimental group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine nursing,the application of Chinese medicine acupoint application to chemotherapy patients can significantly improve gastrointestinal reaction and reduce the occurrence of CINV.
