基于五常法的风险管理策略在住院药房特殊药品管理中的应用研究

Application of Risk Management Strategy Based on the Five Permanent Methods in the Management of Special Drugs in Inpatient Pharmacy

目的:探索住院药房特殊药品管理中开展基于五常法的风险管理策略对于管理质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年8月广东省东莞市寮步医院住院药房人员作为研究对象开展分析,药房人员15例,按照时间点划分,2021年1—8月实施常规管理策略,2022年1—8月实施基于五常法的风险管理策略,观察管理前后各项管理指标情况。结果:管理后,标示清楚管理评分、领药单规范评分、正确贮存管理质量评分、药品处方规范评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住院药房特殊药品管理后不良事件发生率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,特殊药品存储、特殊药品定义、特殊药品使用、特殊药品不良反应、特殊药品清洁养护评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:住院药房特殊药品管理中基于五常法的风险管理策略应用价值显著,可以有效地提高特殊药品管理质量,弥补传统管理中存在的不足,提高整体的管理水平,降低不良事件发生的风险,为患者提供优质的药学服务,具有较高的应用价值与推广优势。

Objective:To explore the influence of risk management strategy based on the five permanent on the management quality of special drugs in inpatient pharmacy.Methods:The inpatient pharmacy staff of Guangdong Dongguan Liaobu Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects for analysis,and fifteen cases of pharmacy staff were selected.According to the time point,the conventional management strategy was implemented from January 2021 to August in 2021,and the risk management strategy based on the five permanent was implemented from January 2022 to August in 2022.The management indicators before and after management were observed.Results:After management,the score of clearly marked management,the score of receiving prescription specification,the score of correct storage management quality and the score of drug prescription specification were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events after special drug administration in inpatient pharmacy was lower than that before administration,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after management,the scores of special drug storage,special drug definition,special drug use,special drug adverse reactions and special drug cleaning and maintenance were higher than those before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of the risk management strategy based on the five permanent methods in the management of special drugs in inpatient pharmacies is significant,which can effectively improve the quality of special drug management,make up for the shortcomings of traditional management,improve the overall management level,reduce the risk of adverse events,and provide patients with highquality pharmaceutical care,with high application value and promotion advantages.
