侵袭性肺曲霉菌病发病危险因素的研究进展

Research Progress on Risk Factors of Invasive Pulmonary Aspergillosis

侵袭性肺曲霉菌病(invasive pulmonary aspergillosis,IPA)是一种死亡率较高的深部真菌感染性疾病,近几年发病率有上升的趋势,早期诊断和治疗有助于降低死亡风险,改善疾病预后。目前针对IPA诊断技术及治疗方法的研究较多,但缺乏对该病发病危险因素的系统分析。本文综合近几年的研究文献对IPA发病的基因易感因素、环境因素、合并疾病等危险因素进行综述,旨在为该病的早期预防和诊治提供参考。

Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis(IPA)is a deep fungal infection with high mortality rate,and the incidence of IPA is on the rise in recent years.Early diagnosis and treatment can help reduce the risk of death and improve the prognosis of the disease.At present,there are many studies on the diagnosis and treatment of IPA,but there is a lack of systematic analysis of the risk factors of IPA.In this paper,the genetic predisposition factors,environmental factors,co-morbidity and other risk factors of IPA were reviewed,aiming to provide reference for the early prevention,diagnosis and treatment of IPA.
