基于河洛“中土”五行模式探讨肾性水肿的治疗

Exploring Treatment of Nephrogenic Oedema Based on“Middle Earth”Five Elements Model in Hetu and Luoshu

《河图》《洛书》是中华民族传统文化的基石,其“中土”五行模式更是后世“重中央脾胃”理论思想之本源。该文基于河图洛书“中土”五行模式出发探讨肾性水肿的治疗,认为肾水、肺金、脾土不足或失司为本病发生的主要原因,肝木壅滞、心火失司为肾水泛溢的结果亦是加害因素,治疗方面强调“中土”的重要作用,提出治疗肾性水肿当以健脾筑堤、培土以制水为主;常需兼顾培土固元、温阳利水;培土生金、宣降行水;疏木和中、利水消肿;培土益火、活血利水的治疗方法,补土为主,兼顾四行,促使五行各归其位,行其功,从而达到水肿消散的目的。

Hetu and Luoshu are the cornerstones of traditional Chinese culture,and the“middle earth”five element model is the origin of the later theoretical thinking of“emphasizing the central spleen and stomach”.This paper discussed the treatment of nephrogenic oedema based on the“central earth”five elements model of Hetu and Luoshu and concluded that deficiencies or disorders of kidney water,lung gold and spleen earth are the main causes of the disease.Obstruction of liver wood and loss of heart fire are also harmful factors for kidney water.In terms of treatment,the emphasis is placed on the important role of“middle earth”,and it is proposed that the treatment of kidney water should focus on strengthening spleen and building emban km ents,and cultivating earth to make water.It is often necessary to take into account the cultivation of earth and the strengthening of vitality,as well as warming Yang and promoting diuresis,cultivating earth to produce gold,promote descending and promoting water flow,soothing wood and harmonizing the middle,promoting diuresis and reducing swelling.The treatment method of nourishing earth and promoting fire,promoting blood circulation and diuresis is mainly based on nourishing earth,taking into account the four elements,promoting the five elements to return to their respective toxins and perform their functions,thereby achieving the goal of edema dissipation.
