基于“潜龙勿用”理论辨治绒毛膜下血肿经验

Diagnosis and Treatment of Subchorionic Hematoma Based on Theory of “The Dragon Hiding in Deep Water”

绒毛膜下血肿是先兆流产的常见并发症,往往伴随着不良的妊娠结局。目前,中医常从补气养血,固肾安胎等方面入手诊治。武权生教授基于周易“潜龙勿用”理论,总结水寒不藏龙、水浅不养龙、水弱不纳龙是绒毛膜下血肿的病机关键,治疗当温元阳以藏龙、滋元精以养龙、充元气以纳龙、重调护以安龙,龙宫相火静守其位达到阴平阳秘的状态,促进生殖功能恢复正常,胎自可安。该文从“潜龙勿用”角度出发,探讨“潜龙勿用”思想在先兆流产合并绒毛膜下血肿诊疗中的运用。

Subchorionic hematoma is a common complication of threatened abortion,which is often accompanied by adverse pregnancy outcomes.At present,traditional Chinese medicine often makes diagnosis and treatment from the aspects of tonifying Qi and nourishing blood,strengthening kidney and calming fetus.Professor WU Quansheng,based on the theory of“the dragon hiding in deep water”in the book of changes,concluded that cold water not hide dragons,shallow water not raise dragons,and weak water not accept dragons are the key to the pathogenesis of sub chorionic hematoma.When the treatment is warming Yuanyang to hide dragons,nourishing Yuanjing to raise dragons,replenishing vitality to absorb dragons,and re-regulating and protecting dragons,the Dragon Palace will keep its position,achieving the state of Yin and Yang and promoting the recovery of reproductive function,and the fetus will be safe.From the perspective of“the dragon hiding in deep water”,this paper discussed the application of“the dragon hiding in deep water”in the diagnosis and treatment of threatened abortion complicated with subchorionic hematoma.
