基于文献计量学方法分析中医症状术语标准化研究热点和趋势

Research Hotspots and Trends in Standardization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Terminology Based on Bibliometric Methods

目的 围绕“中医症状术语标准化研究”展开系统的文献计量学研究,探索近15年来中医症状术语规范化与标准化领域的发展状况、热门观点和研究态势。方法 检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)从2007—2022年收录的中医症状术语规范化与标准化研究的相关文献,选取文献计量学的研究方法,对发表文献类型、作者合作关系、关键词聚类以及突现情况等进行分析。结果 该研究经过纳排标准筛选后共纳入97篇文献,通过计量分析得出文献高产机构和代表性研究者及其团队。最后结果表明,突现强度最高的3个关键词分别是“规范化”“症状单元”和“中医状态”。由此显示,中医症状术语标准化研究主要集中在症状学、语言学、真实世界疾病、本体等方面开展了大量研究。结论 通过文献计量学研究方法展示出中医症状术语标准化研究领域的发展趋势,揭示了研究热点,术语英译和真实世界临床疾病中医症状将是未来标准化研究的重点方向。

Objective A systematic bibliometric study was conducted on the“research on the standardization of symptom terms in traditional Chinese medicine”to explore the development,popular views and research trends in the field of standardization and normalization of symptom terms in traditional Chinese medicine over the past 15 years.Methods It retrieved relevant literature on the standardization and normalization of traditional Chinese medicine symptom terminology from the CNKI database from 2007 to 2022,selected the research Methods in bibliometrics,and analyzed the types of published literature,author collaboration relationships,keyword clustering and emergence.
