围绕“千般疢难,不越三条”之含义,检索古今诸家之评述,挖掘、归纳前人立论理论依据,寻求思辨切入点。在立足《黄帝内经》《伤寒论》《类经》等著作的基础上,揣度仲景之意,最终发掘此段为疾病发生的主要矛盾:“一者”的主要矛盾为人体脏腑气血盛衰,“二者”主要矛盾为天时运气变化,“三者”的主要矛盾为行为程度,并据此提出“一者”“二者”虽主要矛盾不同,但邪气均自外而来,由表及里,发病具有一定规律;“三者”发病毫无规律,此为外感与杂病的重要分章依据,亦为王叔和将《伤寒杂病论》一分为二的理论依据。

Around the meaning of“thousands of diseases,not exceeding three causes”,it searched the comments of ancient and modern books,explored and summarized the theoretical basis of the different viewpoints of the predecessors,seeking an entry point to discuss the point of view.Based on Yellow Emperor′s Internal Classics,Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Classified Canon,it is to speculate on the meaning of Zhongjing and ultimately discover that this section is the main contradiction in the occurrence of the disease.The main contradiction of the first disease cause is deficiency of Qi and blood in Zang-Fu organs.The main contradiction of the second disease cause is the irregular change of five movements and six qi.The main contradiction of the third disease cause is the degree of a certain behavior.According to this,although the main contradictions of the first and second causes are different,the evils are all from the exterior,from the exterior to the interior,and the onset has a certain pattern.The third disease cause has an irregular pattern.This is an important basis to distinguish between external diseases and internal injuries.It is a theoretical basis of WANG Shuhe dividing Treatise on Febrile Diseases into two parts.
