散风通窍滴丸治疗肺肾两虚型变应性鼻炎疗效及对IL-35、STAT3通路的调控作用

Curative Effect of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills(散风通窍滴丸)on Allergic Rhinitis with Deficiency of Lung and Kidney and Regulation of IL-35 and STAT3 Pathways

目的 探讨散风通窍滴丸在肺肾两虚型变应性鼻炎(AR)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取该院2019年3月—2022年3月300例肺肾两虚型AR患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组予以枸地氯雷他定片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用散风通窍滴丸。比较两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后的中医证候积分、血清因子水平、信号转导转录激活因子3(STAT 3)水平改善情况、生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组鼻部症状总分表(TNSS)和鼻部伴随症状总分表(TNNSS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组语声低、常咳嗽咯痰、畏寒、肢冷、腰膝酸软、易患感冒积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)低于对照组,白细胞介素-35(IL-35)、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组STAT3水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组鼻结膜炎生命质量调查问卷(RQLQ)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(2.67%)与对照组(1.33%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 肺肾两虚型AR患者应用散风通窍滴丸治疗后,一方面能改善临床症状,提升治疗效果,另一方面患者的炎症水平、免疫抑制功能明显改善,生活质量提高,且药物具有一定安全性。

Objective To investigate the application effect of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dropping Pills(散风通窍滴丸)in patients with allergic rhinitis(AR)with lung and kidney deficiency.Methods A total of 300 cases of AR patients with lung and kidney deficiency in the hospital from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with deloratadine tablets,and the observation group was treated with Sanfeng Tongqiao Dripping Pills.The therapeutic effect,TCM syndrome score,serum factor level,improvement of signal transduction transcription activator 3(STAT 3)level,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total nasal symptom score(TNSS)and total non-nasal symptom score(TNNSS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of low voice,frequent cough and phlegm,chills,limb cold,waist and knee soreness and susceptibility to cold in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of interleukin-35(IL-35)and interferonγ(IFN-γ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).STAT3 level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of nasoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(2.67%vs 1.33%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Sanfeng Tongqiao Dripping Pills in the treatment of AR patients with lung and kidney deficiency can improve clinical symptoms and therapeutic effect on the one hand.On the other hand,the inflammation and immunosuppressive function of patients can be significantly improved,and the quality of life can be improved,and the drug has certain safety.
