健脾消积方对结直肠息肉患者术后胃肠功能和疾病复发的影响

Effect of Jianpi Xiaoji Formula(健脾消积方)on Gastrointestinal Function and Disease Recurrence in Patients with Colorectal Polyps after Operation

目的 探讨健脾消积方对结直肠息肉患者术后胃肠功能和疾病复发的影响。方法 选取86例于该院2020年11月—2021年12月就诊的结直肠息肉患者为研究对象,随机分成对照组43例和治疗组43例;对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予健脾消积方治疗;比较两组患者临床治疗效果,对比两组术后胃肠功能恢复情况;术后随访6个月,统计疾病复发率。结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者中医各项证候积分及总分比较,均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组各项中医证候积分及总分均低于对照组和治疗前(P<0.05);治疗组患者术后首次肠鸣音时间、肠鸣音正常时间、术后首次排气时间、首次排便时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,治疗组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对结直肠息肉手术患者给予健脾消积方效果显著,可降低各项中医证候积分,促进患者胃肠功能恢复,且术后疾病复发率明显减少。

Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Xiaoji Formula(健脾消积方)on gastrointestinal function and disease recurrence in patients with colorectal polyps after operation.Methods Eighty-six patients with colorectal polyps who visited the hospital from November 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and treatment group(43 cases).The control group was given routine treatment,and the treatment group was given Jianpi Xiaoji Formula on this basis.The clinical treatment effect and gastrointestinal function recovery of the two groups were compared.The patients were followed up for 6 months and the recurrence rate was calculated.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome scores or total scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of various TCM syndromes and total scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group and those before treatment(P<0.05).The time of the first bowel sound,the normal time of the bowel sound,the time of the first exhaust and the time of the first defecation in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi Xiaoji Formula has a significant effect on colorectal polyp surgery patients,which can reduce the scores of various TCM syndromes,promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and significantly reduce the recurrence rate of postoperative diseases.
