益肾健骨方对骨质疏松性腰椎骨折患者骨代谢指标和炎性因子的影响

Effect of Yishen Jiangu Formula(益肾健骨方)on Bone Metabolic Indexes and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Osteoporotic Lumbar Spine Fractures

目的 分析益肾健骨方对骨质疏松性腰椎骨折患者骨代谢指标和炎性因子的影响。方法 将2021年4月—2022年4月两家医院收治的120例骨质疏松性腰椎骨折患者依据入院建档单双号分为对照组及治疗组。对照组予以常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上予以益肾健骨方治疗,两组均连续用药1个月。监测两组治疗前后的疼痛情况、骨代谢水平、炎性因子水平及伤椎楔变角、后凸Cobb角及伤椎椎体前缘高度比。结果 治疗后两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分均降低,其中治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清骨型碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、骨钙素(BGP)水平均升高,Ⅰ型胶原羟基端肽β特殊序列(β-CTX)水平均升高,其中治疗组BALP、BGP水平高于对照组,β-CTX水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组伤椎楔变角、后凸Cobb角明显减小,伤椎椎体前缘高度比明显增大,其中治疗组各指标的变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 益肾健骨方对骨质疏松性腰椎骨折患者治疗效果显著,能有效缓解患者的疼痛,改善骨代谢水平及炎性因子水平,促进腰椎功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yishen Jiangu Formula(益肾健骨方)on bone metabolic indexes and inflammatory factors in patients with osteoporotic lumbar spine fractures.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with osteoporotic lumbar fractures admitted to the hospital from April 2021 to April 2022 were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to the admission file number.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Yishen Jiangu Formula on the basis of this treatment,and both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.The pain condition,bone metabolism level,inflammatory factor level and the height ratio of the wedge change angle,the posterior convex Cobb angle and the anterior edge of the injured vertebrae were monitored before and after treatment in both groups.Results After treatment,visual analog scale(VAS)and pain numerical rating scale(NRS)scores decreased in both groups,with the scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum bone type alkaline phosphatase(BALP)and osteocalcin(BGP)increased in both groups,and type I collagen hydroxyl-terminal peptideβspecial sequence(β-CTX)levels increased in both groups.The levels of BALP and BGP in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group.The levels of serum C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)decreased in both groups after treatment,and the levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cuneiform angle and posterior convex Cobb angle of the injured spine decreased significantly in both groups after treatment,and the height ratio of the anterior edge of the injured spine increased significantly.After treatment,the cuneiform angle and posterior convexity Cobb angle of the injured vertebrae in both groups were significantly reduced,and the height ratio of the anterior edge of the injured vertebrae was significantly increased,and the changes of each index in the treatment group were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Jiangu Formula is effective in treating patients with osteoporotic lumbar spine fracture,which can effectively relieve patients′pain,improve bone metabolism and inflammatory factor levels and promote the recovery of lumbar spine function.
