试论三七补血

Discussion on Function of Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)in Tonifying Blood

三七首载于《跌损妙方》,《本草纲目》云三七主治“吐血、咳血不止”“无名痈肿,疼痛不止”,后世本草多奉《本草纲目》所载为圭臬,言三七散瘀止血,消肿定痛,为活血化瘀之神药,直至《滇南本草》载三七“生用破血,炙用补血”,三七始有补血之说。现代研究发现熟三七的补血功效优于生三七,可以缓解血虚患者的临床症状,改善外周血象指标,通过保护造血器官、促进造血干/祖细胞的增殖、提高造血相关因子水平、改善造血微环境及代谢等作用发挥补血的作用。通过对三七的文献记载和现代研究的系统梳理,可为今后三七补血功效的临床应用及现代研究提供理论依据与参考。

Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)was first recorded in Diesun Miaofang.Compendium of Materia Medica says that Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)mainly treats vomiting blood and coughing blood,nameless carbuncle swelling and pain.Later generations of materia medica mostly adhere to the Compendium of Materia Medica contained in the effect,that is Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)disperses blood stasis and stops bleeding,reduces swelling and relieves pain,and is the specialty drug for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis.Until Herbal of Diannan refers that raw Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)is for relieving blood and baked product is for tonifying blood,it began to have the theory of tonifying blood.The ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine and modern research have found that the blood-tonifying effect of processed Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)was better than that of raw Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma).Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with blood deficiency and improve the peripheral blood indexes of patients with blood deficiency and plays the role of tonifying blood by protecting hematopoietic organs,promoting the proliferation of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells,improving the levels of hematopoietic related factors,improving hematopoietic microenvironment and metabolism.Through the research on the origin and development of blood-tonifying effect of Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),the discussion of traditional Chinese medicine theory and the systematic review of modern research,it can provide theoretical basis and reference for the clinical application and modern research of blood-tonifying effect of Sanqi(Notoginseng Radix Et Rhizoma)in the future.
