腔内多点缝合在乳腺癌患者背阔肌肌皮瓣乳房再造术中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Intracavity Multi-Point Suture in Breast Reconstruction of Latissimus Dorsi Musculocutaneous Flap in Breast Cancer Patients

目的:分析腔内多点缝合在乳腺癌患者背阔肌肌皮瓣乳房再造术中的应用效果。方法:选取2013年7月—2023年7月于湖南中医药大学第二附属医院实施乳腺癌改良根治术Ⅰ期背阔肌肌皮瓣乳房再造术的患者62例作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=32)和常规组(n=30)。研究组实施腔内多点缝合,常规组实施常规缝合。比较两组手术相关指标、血清肿发生情况。结果:研究组日均引流量、总引流量少于常规组,拔管时间早于常规组,住院时间短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组血清肿发生率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:腔内多点缝合在乳腺癌患者背阔肌肌皮瓣乳房再造术中的应用效果显著,可减少引流量,缩短拔管时间,促进患者康复,降低血清肿发生率,值得临床应用。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of intracavity multi-point suture in breast reconstruction of latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap in breast cancer patients.Methods:From July 2013 to July 2023,a total of 62 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy stage I latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap breast reconstruction for breast cancer in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into study group(n=32)and conventional group(n=30).Intracavitary multi-point suture was performed in the study group,and routine suture was performed in the conventional group.The operation related indexes and the occurrence of seroma were compared between the two groups.Results:The average daily drainage volume and total drainage volume in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,the extubation time in the study group was earlier than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of seroma in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of intracavity multipoint suture in breast reconstruction of latissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap in breast cancer patients has a significant effect,which can reduce the drainage volume,shorten the time of extubation,promote the recovery of patients,decrease the incidence of seroma,and is worthy of clinical application.
