视网膜激光光凝术治疗眼底病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Retinal Laser Photocoagulation in Treatment of Fundus Diseases

目的:分析视网膜激光光凝术治疗眼底病的临床效果。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年2月平原县第一人民医院眼科收治的60例眼底病患者作为研究对象,以双盲法分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,试验组实施视网膜激光光凝术治疗。比较两组生活质量、视神经功能、视力改善情况、治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组物质、躯体、社会、心理、精神评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组物质、躯体、社会、心理、精神评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组视野平均光敏度、视网膜神经纤维厚度、视野平均缺损比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组视野平均光敏度、视网膜神经纤维厚度大于治疗前,且观察组大于对照组,两组视野平均缺损小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组视力改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.044)。结论:视网膜激光光凝术治疗眼底病的临床效果显著,可改善患者视神经功能,提高视力与生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of retinal laser photocoagulation in treatment of fundus diseases.Methods:A total of 60 patients with fundus disease admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology of the First People's Hospital of Pingyuan County from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group by using double blinding method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the experimental group was treated with retinal laser photocoagulation.The quality of life,optic nerve function,visual acuity improvement and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in material,physical,social,psychological and psychiatric scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the material,physical,social,psychological and psychiatric scores in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the average visual field photosensitivity,retinal nerve fiber thickness and average visual field defect between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the average visual field photosensitivity and retinal nerve fiber thickness in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and these indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the average visual field defect in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and this indicator in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity improvement in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.044).Conclusion:Retinal laser photocoagulation has significant clinical effect in the treatment of fundus disease,and can improve the optic nerve function,improve the visual acuity and quality of life of patients.
