精神分裂症患者药物治疗依从性情况与影响因素分析

Analysis of Drug Treatment Compliance and Influencing Factors in Patients with Schizophrenia

目的:调查精神分裂症患者药物治疗依从性,分析其影响因素。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年12月肇庆市第三人民医院收治的152例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,收集其一般资料并给予Morisky用药依从性评价量表、阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、治疗不良反应量表(TESS)进行问卷调查,分析其药物治疗依从性影响因素。结果:152例患者中,用药依从性好114例(75.00%),用药依从性差38例(25.00%)。不同用药依从性患者PANSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药依从性差患者TESS评分高于用药依从性好患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。年龄≥45岁、文化程度小学及以下、离婚/丧偶、TESS评分高为精神分裂症患者用药依从性的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者药物治疗依从性较差,药物不良反应、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状态为精神分裂症患者用药依从性的独立影响因素。

Objective:To investigate the drug treatment compliance of schizophrenic patients and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of one hundred and fifty-two schizophrenic patients treated in Zhaoqing Third People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.General data were collected and questionnaires were conducted with the Morisky medication compliance evaluation scale,positive and negative symptom scale(PANSS)and adverse treatment response scale(TESS).The influencing factors of drug treatment compliance were analyzed.Results:Among the 152 patients,114(75.00%)had good medication compliance and 38(25.00%)had poor medication compliance;there was no significant difference in PANSS scores among patients with different medication compliance(P>0.05);the TESS scores of patients with poor medication compliance were higher than those with good medication compliance,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);age≥45 years old,education level of primary school or below,divorce/widowed,TESS score increase were independent risk factors for medication compliance in schizophrenia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:The medication compliance of schizophrenic patients was poor.Adverse drug reaction,age,education level and marital status were independent influencing factors of medication compliance.
