超声脉冲电导仪经皮给药辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Transdermal Drug Delivery Adjuvant Therapy Using Ultrasonic Pulsed Conductivity Meter in Children with Bronchopneumonia

摘要 目的:探讨超声脉冲电导仪经皮给药辅助治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月东南大学附属中大医院儿科收治的300例支气管肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各150例。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予超声脉冲电导仪经皮给药辅助治疗。比较两组临床症状消失时间、住院时间、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组咳嗽、肺部啰音消失时间以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组超敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组超敏C反应蛋白、IL-10水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声脉冲电导仪经皮给药联合常规疗法治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床效果良好,能够减轻炎性反应,促进患儿康复,且安全性较高。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of transdermal drug delivery adjuvant therapy using ultrasonic pulsed conductivity meter in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods:A total of 300 children with bronchopneumonia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics at Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the observation group received transdermal drug delivery adjuvant therapy using ultrasonic pulsed conductivity meter.The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,length of hospitalization,levels of inflammatory factors,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of cough and lung rales and the length of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and interleukin-10(IL-10)between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and IL-10 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Transdermal drug delivery using ultrasonic pulsed conductivity meter combined with routine therapy has good clinical effects in treatment of children with bronchopneumonia,and can relieve inflammatory reactions and promote the recovery of children,with high safety.
