循证护理在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:分析循证护理在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年12月齐河县人民医院收治的600例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各300例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受循证护理。比较两组护理指标、心功能、并发症发生情况以及护理满意度。结果:观察组溶栓时间与住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组LVEF大于护理前,且观察组大于对照组,两组LVESD、LVEDD小于护理前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:循证护理在急性心肌梗死患者护理中的应用效果显著,能够改善患者心功能,减少并发症,提高患者护理满意度,促进患者恢复。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 600 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Qihe County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 300 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing.The nursing indicators,cardiac function,complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The thrombolysis time and hospital stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the LVEF in the two groups was higher than that before nursing,and the LVEF in observation group was higher than that in control group,while the LVESD and LVEDD in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the LVESD and LVEDD in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of evidence-based nursing in the patients with acute myocardial infarction has a significant effect,which can improve patients'cardiac function,reduce complications,improve patients'satisfaction with nursing,and promote patients'recovery.
