健康教育在艾滋病患者预防保健、疾病控制中的应用效果分析

Analysis on Application Effect of Health Education in Prevention,Health Care and Disease Control of AIDS Patients

目的:分析健康教育在艾滋病患者预防保健、疾病控制中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月东营市广饶县第二人民医院收治艾滋病患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性健康教育。比较两组护理效果。结果:护理后,两组传播常识、防治措施、救治方式、护理应用、致患原理评分高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组总依从率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:健康教育在艾滋病患者预防保健、疾病控制中的应用效果显著,可提高患者疾病知晓水平、依从性、满意度,改善负面情绪。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of health education in the prevention,health care and disease control of AIDS patients.Methods:A total of 100 AIDS patients admitted to The Second People's Hospital of Guangrao County,Dongying City from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given sexual health education.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of general knowledge dissemination,prevention and control measures,treatment methods,nursing application,and pathogenic principles in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education in prevention,health care and disease control of AIDS patients has a significant effect,which can improve the disease awareness,compliance,satisfaction and negative emotions of patients.
