基于主题式的多元化心理护理联合Teach-back健康教育在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的:分析基于主题式的多元化心理护理联合Teach-back健康教育在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年3月—2024年3月黔东南苗族侗族自治州黎平县人民医院收治的老年COPD患者94例作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各47例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施基于主题式的多元化心理护理联合Teach-back健康教育。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组健康知识总掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.036)。护理后,两组消极情绪、生活质量评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,两组积极情绪评分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于主题式的多元化心理护理联合Teach-back健康教育在老年COPD患者中的应用效果显著,可提高患者健康知识掌握程度、生活质量,调节患者情绪状态。 Objective:To analyze the application effect of theme-based diversified psychological nursing combined with Teachback health education in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:A total of 94 elderly patients with COPD admitted to Liping County People's Hospital of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture from March 2020 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received theme-based diversified psychological nursing combined with Teach-back health education on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects were compared between two groups.Results:The total mastery rate of health knowledge in study group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.036).After nursing,the scores of negative emotion and quality of life in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of positive emotion in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of theme-based diversified psychological nursing combined with Teach-back health education in elderly patients with COPD has significant effects,and can improve the patients'mastery of health knowledge and quality of life,and regulate the patients'emotional state.
