手术室体温护理对骨科手术患者的影响

Impact of Operating Room Temperature Nursing on Orthopedic Surgery Patients

目的探究手术室体温护理对骨科手术患者的影响。方法将我院骨科于2021年2月至2024年2月收治的80例手术患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组应用手术室常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加以手术室体温护理,对比两组不同时间点体温、不同时间点生命体征指标、不良事件发生率、苏醒期躁动得分、术后恢复指标。结果术前,两组体温对比无差异(P>0.05),观察组手术开始1 h、手术结束时体温高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组生命体征指标术前对比无差异(P>0.05),观察组手术开始1 h、手术结束时DBP、SBP、HR低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组去甲肾上腺素、肾上腺素以及不良事件发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组苏醒期躁动得分0分率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组苏醒时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论骨科手术中应用手术室体温护理有助于维持患者体温稳定,减轻应激反应,并降低术中低体温发生率,减少麻醉苏醒期躁动情况,从而促进患者术后恢复。

Objective To explore the impact of operating room temperature nursing on orthopedic surgery patients.Methods A total of 80 surgical patients admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were taken as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing in the operating room,and the observation group received temperature nursing in the operating room on the basis of the control group.The temperature at different time points,vital signs indicators at different time points,incidence of adverse events,agitation score during the recovery period and postoperative recovery indicators were compared between two groups.Results There was no difference in preoperative body temperature between the two groups(P>0.05),the body temperature of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 1h after operation and at the end of operation(both P<0.05).There was no difference in vital signs in preoperative between the two groups(P>0.05),DBP,SBP and HR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1h after operation and at the end of operation(all P<0.05).Norepinephrine and epinephrine and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The agitation score 0 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time,exhaust time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of temperature nursing in the operating room in orthopedic surgery can help to maintain the stable body temperature of patients,relieve stress reaction,reduce the incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,reduce the agitation during anesthesia recovery,and thus promote the postoperative recovery of patients.
