摘要
目的探究多元化疼痛护理联合早期康复锻炼对肱骨骨折内固定术后患者的疼痛、关节功能以及活动度的影响。方法选择2022年4月至2023年4月收治的肱骨骨折内固定术后患者64例,利用随机数字表法进行排序分组,分为对照组(32例,常规护理)与观察组(32例,多元化疼痛护理联合早期康复锻炼)。对比两组肱骨骨折康复情况、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、疼痛程度(VAS)评分以及肩关节功能评分。结果观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组关节稳定性、肘关节活动程度、肱骨畸形与骨愈合的康复情况评分以及肩关节功能评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论多元化疼痛护理联合早期康复锻炼能有效改善肱骨骨折内固定术后患者的疼痛感受、关节功能以及活动度,有助于促进恢复。
Objective Exploring the effects of diversified pain care combined with early rehabilitation exercise on pain,joint function,and range of motion in patients after internal fixation surgery for humeral fractures.Methods A total of 64 patients who underwent internal fixation surgery for humeral fractures between April 2022 and April 2023 were selected and sorted using a random number table method.They were divided into a control group(32 cases,with routine care)and an observation group(32 cases,with diversified pain care combined with early rehabilitation exercise).Compare the rehabilitation status of two groups of humeral fractures,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores,self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,pain level(VAS)scores,and motor function scores.Results The SAS score,SDS score,and VAS score of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).The rehabilitation scores of shoulder joint,elbow joint,humeral deformity and bone healing,as well as physical activity,muscle strength,and endurance scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Diversified pain care combined with early rehabilitation exercise can effectively improve the pain sensation,joint function,and range of motion of patients after internal fixation surgery for humeral fractures,which helps promote recovery.
