麻醉复苏室患者躁动的常见原因及针对性预防护理的应用效果

Common Causes of Agitation of Patients in Anesthesia Resuscitation Room and Application Effect of Targeted Preventive Nursing

目的分析麻醉复苏室患者躁动的常见原因及针对性预防护理的应用效果。方法选取我院2022年8月至2023年7月治疗的88例手术麻醉患者,随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各44例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施针对性预防护理,对比两组静息期、苏醒期的心率和血压水平以及躁动发生率及躁动评分、不良事件发生率、患者满意度。结果静息期,两组患者心率和血压对比无差异(P>0.05);苏醒期,观察组血压和心率均低于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组躁动发生率、躁动评分低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻醉复苏室患者通过实施针对性预防护理,能有效降低躁动发生率,降低对血压、心率的影响,提高护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the common causes of agitation in patients with anesthesia resuscitation room and the application effect of targeted preventive care.Methods A total of 88 patients with surgical anesthesia treated in our hospital from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received targeted preventive nursing.The heart rate and blood pressure levels,the incidence of agitation and agitation score,the incidence of adverse events and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups in resting and waking periods.Results During the resting period,there was no difference in heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).Blood pressure and heart rate were lower in the observation group than in the control group during the awakening period(P<0.05).At the same time,the incidence of agitation and agitation score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the total satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Targeted preventive nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of agitation,reduce the influence on blood pressure and heart rate,and improve nursing satisfaction.
