综合护理预防ICU俯卧位通气患者压疮发生的效果

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Preventing Pressure Ulcers in ICU Prone Ventilation Patients

目的观察综合护理预防ICU俯卧位通气患者压疮发生的效果。方法2023年1月至2024年1月,选取厦门大学附属第一医院286例ICU俯卧位通气患者作为样本,采用随机数字表法分组,观察组143例(综合护理),对照组143例(常规护理),对比两组压疮发生率、满意度、康复速度。结果观察组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮率分别为1.40%、0.70%、0以及0,低于对照组17.48%、7.69%、1.40%以及0(P<0.05)。观察组皮肤、环境、心理、营养护理满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组拔管时间、出ICU时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针对ICU俯卧位通气患者实施综合护理,可减小压疮风险,降低压疮发生率,缩短机械通气与住ICU时间,促进病情康复。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing on preventing pressure ulcers in ICU prone position ventilation patients.Methods From January 2023 to January 2024,286 ICU ventilated patients in prone position were selected and grouped by random number table.143 patients in the observation group(comprehensive care)and 143 in the control group(usual care).Compared with the incidence,satisfaction and recovery rate of pressure ulcers between the two groups.Results The rates of pressure ulcers in stageⅠ,Ⅱ,ⅢandⅣin the observation group were 1.40%,0.70%,0 and 0,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group by 17.48%,7.69%,1.40%and 0(P<0.05).The satisfaction of skin,environment,psychology and nutrition care in observation group was higher than that in control group(all P<0.05).The extubation time,ICU exit time and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Comprehensive care for ICU patients placed in prone ventilation can reduce the risk of small pressure ulcers,reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers,shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay,and promote disease recovery.
