病毒性肝炎诊断中血常规检验与生化检验的价值

The Value of Complete Blood Count and Biochemical Tests in the Diagnosis of Viral Hepatitis

目的探讨病毒性肝炎诊断中血常规检验与生化检验的价值。方法于2022年1月至2023年6月筛选共计96例于我院就诊的患者,本研究另选取了96名正常体检者作为对照组,对两组均进行血常规和生化检验,对血常规四项检验结果和生化检验四项检验结果以及诊断效果进行对比。结果在血常规四项检验结果对比中,观察组血小板计数、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数均低于对照组,在淋巴细胞计数上高于对照组(均P<0.05);在生化检验四项检验结果(白蛋白、肝功能白球比、谷丙转氨酶和总胆红素)的数据上,观察组的白蛋白和肝功能白球比水平均低于对照组,谷丙转氨酶和总胆红素均高于对照组(均P<0.05);以观察组的病理诊断为金标准,生化检验的病毒性肝炎检出率高于血常规检验的检出率(P<0.05)。结论在病毒性肝炎诊断中,采取血常规检验和生化检验均有参考价值,但是生化检验的检出率更高,更具有检验价值。

Objective To explore the value of complete blood count and biochemical tests in the diagnosis of viral hepatitis.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,a total of 96 patients who visited our hospital were selected for this study.In order to better observe the results,96 normal medical patients were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent routine four-part blood tests and four-part biochemical profile.The results of the four blood routine tests,the four-part biochemical profile,and the diagnostic effects were compared.Results In the comparison of the results of the four routine blood tests,the platelet count,white blood cell count and neutrophil count of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and were higher than those of the control group in terms of the lymphocyte count(all P<0.05).In the results of the fourpart biochemical tests(ALB,A/G,ALT,and TBIL),the levels of ALB and A/G ratio in the observation group were both significantly lower than those in the control group,while the levels of ALT and TBIL were both significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Using the pathological diagnosis of the observation group as the gold standard,the detection rate of viral hepatitis by biochemical tests was higher to that of the blood routine tests(P<0.05).Conclusions In the diagnosis of viral hepatitis,both blood routine tests and biochemical tests have reference value,but the detection rate of biochemical tests is higher and they are more valuable for examination.
