种植正畸联合修复牙列缺损临床效果研究

The Study on the Clinical Effect of Implant Orthodontics Combined with Repair of Dental Defects

目的分析牙列缺损治疗中选择种植正畸联合修复的价值。方法在我院病历系统中,以2016年4月至2024年2月为筛选时段,以牙列缺损伴修复间隙减小为筛选条件,选择50例患者研究,根据随机数字表法分观察组和对照组,每组25例,观察组开展种植正畸联合修复治疗,对照组展开种植修复治疗。比较两组临床疗效、牙齿咬[牙合]功能、口腔卫生状态、并发症发生率。结果两组比较,观察组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组牙齿排列、咬[牙合]关系、牙周情况、颞下颌关节、咀嚼功能评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组牙菌斑附着指数、软垢指数、牙周袋深度低于对照组(P<0.05);两组对比,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论牙列缺损治疗中选择种植正畸联合修复方案可改善咀嚼功能与咬[牙合]功能,提升牙齿美观度及口腔卫生状态,改善预后效果。

Objective To analyze the value of implant orthodontic combined restoration in the treatment of dental arch defects.Methods In the medical record system of our hospital,the screening period was from April 2016 to February 2024.Fifty patients with dental defects with reduced restorative margins were selected for the study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The observation group underwent implant orthodontic combined restoration,while the control group underwent implant restorative treatment.The clinical efficacy,occlusal function of teeth,oral hygiene status,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results Comparing the two groups,The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Posttreatment,The tooth arrangement,occlusal relationship,periodontal condition,temporomandibular joint,and chewing function scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Posttreatment,The plaque index,soft plaque index,and periodontal pocket depth of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Choosing a combination of implant orthodontics and restoration in the treatment of dental defects can improve chewing and occlusal function,enhance tooth aesthetics and oral hygiene,and improve prognosis.
