集束化护理干预对降低ICU失禁性皮炎发生率的效果

The Effect of Cluster Care Intervention on Reducing the Incidence of Incontinent Dermatitis in ICU

目的评估集束化护理干预对于降低重症监护室(ICU)患者失禁性皮炎(IAD)发生率的效果。方法纳入2022年1月至2022年12月收治的86例ICU患者,参照随机数字表法划分对照组(纳入43例,提供常规护理干预)、观察组(纳入43例,提供集束化护理干预),评价组间IAD发生率及程度、IAD发生及愈合时间、失禁性皮炎严重程度评估量表(IADS)评分、满意程度、Kolcaba舒适状况量表(GCQ)评分。结果较之对照组,观察组IAD发生率、IADS评分更低,严重程度更轻,IAD发生时间更迟,愈合时间更短,P<0.05;较之对照组,观察组满意程度更高,P<0.05;干预后,观察组GCQ评分更高,P<0.05。结论对ICU患者实施集束化护理干预,可以降低IAD发生率,延迟IAD发生时间,减轻IAD程度,促进IAD愈合,提高身心舒适程度,构建和谐护患关系。

Objective To evaluate the effect of cluster care intervention in reducing the incidence of incontinence dermatitis(IAD)in intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods A total of 86 ICU patients from January 2022 to December 2022 were included and divided into control group(including 43 cases and providing routine nursing intervention)and observation group(including 43 cases and providing cluster nursing intervention)according to random number table method.The incidence and degree of IAD,duration of IAD occurrence and healing,incontinence dermatitis Severity Assessment Scale(IADS),satisfaction and Kolcaba Comfort Scale(GCQ)were evaluated.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of IAD and IADS in observation group were lower,the severity was less,the occurrence time of IAD was later,and the healing time was shorter,P<0.05;The satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,P<0.05;After intervention,the GCQ score of the observation group was higher P<0.05.Conclusions The implementation of cluster nursing intervention in ICU patients can reduce the incidence of IAD,delay the occurrence time of IAD,reduce the degree of IAD,promote IAD healing,improve physical and mental comfort,and build a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
