情景模拟联合PBL健康宣教在提高子宫肌瘤切除手术患者自我护理能力中的应用效果研究

Study on Application Effect of Scenario Simulation Combined with PBL Health Education in Improving Self-Care Ability of Patients Undergoing Hysteromyomectomy

目的探讨情景模拟联合PBL健康宣教在提高子宫肌瘤切除手术患者自我护理能力中的应用效果。方法本次研究对象共计60例,均为在2020年1月至2023年12月期间就诊于我院妇科的患者,且均接受了子宫肌瘤切除手术。以随机数字表法将其分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例),对照组患者术后采取常规健康宣教方式,观察组术后采取了情景模拟联合PBL健康宣教模式,对两组患者术后自我护理能力培养情况以及护理效果进行对比和分析。结果干预一周后,ESCA评分、RHDS评分和ADL评分以观察组更高,对照组相对较低(P<0.05);术后3 d,VAS评分以观察组更低,对照组相对较高(P<0.05)。结论针对子宫肌瘤切除手术患者的术后护理干预方面,采取情景模拟联合PBL健康宣教的方式可有效改善患者的自我护理能力,改善焦虑情绪,更好的做好出院准备,为出院后的自我护理做好充分准备,临床应用效果较好。

Objective To explore the application effect of scenario simulation combined with PBL health education in improving the self-care ability of patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients were enrolled in this study,all of whom were admitted to the gynecology department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2023,and had undergone hysteromyomectomy.The patients were divided into the observation group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)by random number method.The patients in the control group received conventional health education after surgery,while the patients in the observation group received situational simulation combined with PBL health education mode after surgery.The cultivation of postoperative self-care ability and nursing effect of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After one week of intervention,ESCA score,RHDS score and ADL score were higher in the observation group and lower in the control group(P<0.05);3 days after surgery,the VAS score in the observation group was lower,while the control group was relatively higher,and the data comparison showed statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions For the postoperative nursing intervention of patients with hysteromyomectomy,the combination of scenario simulation and PBL health education can effectively improve patients'self-care ability,improve anxiety,better prepare for discharge,and fully prepare for self-care after discharge.The clinical application effect is good.
