能源革命与产业升级,二者密切相关,不仅是“双碳”工作的重要途径,也是我国践行绿色低碳发展理念的具体举措。党的二十大报告对我国能源发展作出了新部署、提出了新要求,强调要“积极稳妥推进碳达峰碳中和”“深入推进能源革命,加强煤炭清洁高效利用,加大油气资源勘探开发和增储上产力度,加快规划建设新型能源体系”。
