摘要
槲皮素是自然界中广泛存在的化合物,大量研究表明其具有抗炎、抗氧化和抗癌等多种药理作用。急性肾损伤(AKI)作为临床上一种高发病率的综合征,发病机制复杂,目前仍有诸多研究针对其机制方面开展工作,而槲皮素对缺氧再灌注损伤导致AKI、脓毒症导致AKI和药物导致AKI等动物模型具有治疗作用,因此,槲皮素是一种对于治疗AKI具有较大潜力的药物。本文先将AKI动物模型进行分类,进而总结讨论槲皮素治疗AKI的机制,旨在发掘槲皮素治疗AKI潜力,结合新发现的AKI机制,为该类研究提供参考与思路。
Quercetin is a compound ubiquitous in the nature.Studies have demonstrated that quercetin has anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,anticancer and other pharmaceutical activities.Acute kidney injury(AKI)is a syndrome with high incidence and complicated pathogenesis,with the mechanism of action being extensively studied.The studies with animal models have demonstrated that quercetin has therapeutic effects on AKI induced by hypoxia-reperfusion injury,sepsis,and drugs.Therefore,quercetin serves as a potential drug for treating AKI.This article classifies the animal models of AKI and summarizes the mechanisms of quercetin in the treatment of AKI,aiming to explore the potential of quercetin in treating AKI and provide ideas for relevant research.
