基于压缩特性曲线的密封结构简化计算方法

摘要 飞机舱门以及机身口盖的密封结构对于气动外形以及机舱的气密性非常重要,然而不恰当的密封结构设计,会引起密封性欠缺或者气动表面齐平度不佳的问题。由于常用的密封结构变形分析方法涉及到材料非线性以及接触计算,导致分析过程需要消耗巨大的计算成本。通过对密封件的压缩特性曲线拟合,并依据最小位能原理,可以构建出带有密封件加载特性的简化单元。利用商业软件以及简化单元分别对密封结构案例进行分析,结果表明简化单元在提高密封结构变形计算效率的同时,计算结果具有较好的精度,且计算精度与曲线的拟合优度相关,可以应用于舱门结构有限元分析,具有一定的工程应用价值。 The sealing structure of the aircraft door and fuselage cover is very important for the aerodynamic shape and the airtightness of the cabin.However,improper sealing structure design will result in problems such as poor sealing or undesirable aerodynamic surface flatness.As the common sealing structure deformation analysis methods involve non-linearity of material and contact calculation,the analysis process needs large calculation cost.According to the principle of minimum potential energy,a simplified element with the loading characteristics of the seal was constructed by fitting the compression characteristic curve of the seal element.Commercial software and simplified element were used to analyze the deformation of sealing structure.The results show that the simplified element can improve the calculation efficiency of sealing structure deformation,meanwhile,the calculation accuracy is related to the goodness of curve fit,which can be applied to the finite element analysis of doors structure and have certain engineer application value.
