“政校行企社”共育南粤家政高技能人才实践研究——以江门开放大学为例

A Practical Study on the Collaborative Education of High-Skill Domestic Service Talent in Southern Guangdong:A Case Study of Jiangmen Open University

家政服务业是我国第三产业的重要组成部分,蕴含着万亿级市场,在促进就业、扩大内需、改善民生等方面发挥着重要作用。本文从家政服务业人才培养的实际问题出发,以江门开放大学为例,通过“政校行企社”产教融合,从专业建设、师资强化、品牌创建等多方面开展研究,形成具有侨乡特色的“南粤家政”人才培养新模式,以期为构建江门市高水平家政人才格局提供有力支撑。

The domestic service industry is a vital component of China's tertiary sector,containing a trillion-level market and playing a significant role in promoting employment,expanding domestic demand,and improving people's livelihoods.This paper addresses the practical issues in training talent for the domestic service industry,using Jiangmen Open University as a case study.Through the integration of government,schools,industry,enterprises,and communities in education,the research explores various aspects including curriculum development,faculty enhancement,and brand creation.The ultimate goal is to establish a new model for training domestic Service talent in Southern Guangdong,characterized by the unique features of the overseas Chinese hometown area,to support the development of a high-level domestic service talent structure in Jiangmen.
