司法行政警察类专业教学中存在的矛盾及解决对策——以河南司法警官职业学院为例

摘要 司法行政警察类专业具有专业设置的行业性、培养目标的单一性、培养规格的独特性、就业方向的特定性等自身特征。专业在教学活动中存在着专业知识教学与入警考试要求之间的矛盾、理论知识教学与实践性教学之间的矛盾、专业课教师的社会实践与岗位实务要求之间的矛盾。这些矛盾的产生,有些是功能性缺陷,有些则属于结构性问题。因此,需要依照专业教学标准的要求,调整司法行政警察类专业入警考评的要素结构,完善教学设施,强化产教融合的教学模式,组建优质的教学团队,提升学生的实际操作能力。 The major of judicial administration police possesses unique characteristics,such as specialized professional settings,a singular training goal,distinctive training specifications,and specific employment directions.According to professional teaching standards,there are contradictions between professional knowledge teaching and police examination requirements,theoretical knowledge teaching and practical training,and social practice and post-practice requirements for professional teachers.Some of these contradictions are functional defects,while others are structural problems.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the elements of police admission evaluation for judicial administration police majors,improve teaching facilities,strengthen the integration of production and education in the teaching mode,establish high-quality teaching teams,and enhance students'practical operation abilities.
