摘要
为研究馈能减振器在不同工况下的阻尼特性,设计一种齿轮齿条式双电机耦合馈能减振器.利用2个半波机械整流器分别俘获减振器的双向运动;为研究2个电机之间的电路耦合对阻尼特性的影响,提出5种机电耦合方式;搭建台架测试平台,分析不同激励频率、激励幅值和负载电阻条件下5种机电耦合式减振器的阻尼特性.结果表明:在5种机电耦合方式中,并联连接式馈能减振器较独立外接和串联连接时输出的阻尼力曲线更为平稳,阻尼特性更好,能够有效提高能源利用效率.
In order to study the damping characteristics of the energy-harvesting damper under different operating conditions,a dual-motor type energy-harvesting damper is designed.Firstly,two half-wave mechanical rectifiers are utilized to capture the bi-directional motion of the damper respectively.Secondly,five electromechanical coupling modes are proposed to investigate the effects of the circuit coupling between two motors on the damping characteristics.Finally,a bench test platform is built to analyze the damping characteristics of five kinds of electromechanical coupling modes under different excitation frequencies,excitation amplitudes and load resistances.The resultsshow that among the five electromechanical coupling methods,the output force curve of the parallel-connected energy-feeding damper is more stable than that of the other three methods,and the damping characteristic is better than that of the independent external connection and series connection,which can effectively improve the energy utilization efficiency.
