北京轨道交通常态化延时运营分析及相关对策研究

Analysis on Normalized Delayed Operation of Beijing Rail Transit and Study on Relevant Countermeasures

轨道交通延时运营是城市夜经济繁荣发展的重要支撑,常态化延时运营能够体现城市轨道交通运营管理的先进水平。以北京轨道交通为例,分析1号线、2号线延时运营期间客流分布特征,针对常态化延时运营的必要性及客观存在的风险,提出了多样化运营组织、公交地铁区域协同、高效智能的设施设备检修与运营管理等相关对策,以逐步推动实现常态化延时运营,保证轨道交通服务的均质化,有力支撑城市夜经济发展。

The delayed operation of rail transit is an important support for the prosperity and development of the city's night economy,and the normalized delayed operation can reflect the advanced level of urban rail transit operation and management.Taking Beijing rail transit as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of passenger flow distribution during the delayed operation of Line 1 and Line 2,and puts forward relevant countermeasures such as diversified operation organization,regional coordination of bus and subway,efficient and intelligent maintenance and operation management of facilities and equipment in view of the necessity and objective risks of normalized delayed operation,so as to gradually promote the realization of normalized delayed operation,ensure the homogeneity of rail transit services,and strongly support the development of urban night economy.
