摘要 本文针对南疆某电厂350MW供热机组的凝结水泵电耗率居高的情况进行了研究,并提出了降低凝结水泵电机运行电耗率的解决方法。该方法通过优化凝结水泵的滑压运行曲线和控制策略,降低了凝结水泵出口母管压力设定值,并在机组中高负荷时由凝结水泵变频系统参与调节除氧器水位,使除氧器水位调节阀保持较大开度,减少了阀门的节流损失,进而降低了凝结水泵电流,在满足工况需要的基础上达到了降低凝结水泵电机电耗率的目的。 This paper studies the high-power consumption rate of the condensate pump of a 350MW heating unit of a power plant in southern Xinjiang.To find a solution to reduce the power consumption rate of condensate pump motor,the setting value of the condensate pump outlet main pipe pressure is reduced by optimizing the condensate pump sliding pressure operation curve and control strategy,and the condensate pump frequency conversion system participates in regulating the deaerator water level when the unit is in high load.The water level control valve of deaerator is kept open to reduce the throttling loss of the valve,thereby reducing the current of condensate pump,and achieving the purpose of reducing the power consumption rate of the condensate pump motor on the basis of meeting the needs of workingconditions.
