消瘀散结方联合红外线疗法对胰岛素注射相关皮下脂肪增生疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Xiaoyu Sanjie Prescription Combined with Infrared Therapy on Subcutaneous Fat Hyperplasia Associated with Insulin Injection

目的:观察消瘀散结方联合红外线疗法对于糖尿病患者胰岛素注射相关皮下脂肪增生的疗效及安全性。方法:将符合标准的80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组患者均进行胰岛素注射方法指导,治疗组使用消瘀散结方联合红外线疗法治疗,对照组仅作随访,观察60天后2组患者在空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素剂量、皮下脂肪增生面积等方面的差异。结果:治疗组患者在治疗后的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素剂量及皮下脂肪增生面积与对照组均有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组总有效率有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为2.50%。结论:消瘀散结方联合红外线疗法在胰岛素注射相关皮下脂肪增生治疗中具有确切疗效且安全性较好。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Xiaoyu Sanjie prescription combined with infrared therapy for insulin injection-related subcutaneous fat hyperplasia in diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.Both groups of patients were guided by insulin injection methods.The treatment group was treated with Xiaoyu Sanjie prescription combined with infrared therapy,and the control group was only followed up.The differences in fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin dose,and subcutaneous fat hyperplasia area between the two groups were observed after 60 days.Results:After treatment,the fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,insulin dose,and subcutaneous fat hyperplasia area of the treatment group were statistically different from those of the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was statistically different(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.50%.Conclusion:Xiaoyu Sanjie prescription combined with infrared therapy has a definite efficacy and good safety in the treatment of insulin injection-related subcutaneous fat hyperplasia.
