健脾益肾方联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗分化型甲状腺癌术后临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jianpi Yishen Formula Combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Postoperative Patients with Differentiated Thyroid Cancer

目的:探讨分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)术后采用健脾益肾方联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗的临床效果。方法:依据随机数字表法将医院2021年10月-2023年10月152例完成甲状腺切除术治疗的DTC患者分为对照组(n=76,术后常规治疗+左甲状腺素钠片)和观察组(n=76,术后常规治疗+左甲状腺素钠片+健脾益肾方),两组均持续治疗3个月。比较两组中医证候评分、炎症反应、免疫功能及不良反应情况。结果:治疗3个月,观察组中医证候评分、炎症反应指标均较低于对照组,免疫功能指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间心悸、手震颤、多汗、失眠、恶心呕吐、口干的总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:DTC术后采用健脾益肾方联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗可有效减轻临床症状,降低炎症反应,改善免疫功能,且未明显增加不良反应。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi Yishen formula combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets in the treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC)after operation.Method:According to the random number table,152 DTC patients who completed thyroidectomy in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were divided into control group(n=76,routine treatment after operation+levothyroxine sodium tablet)and observation group(n=76,routine treatment after operation+levothyroxine sodium tablet+Jianpi Yishen formula),and both groups continued to be treated for 3 months.The TCM syndrome scores,inflammatory reactions,immune function,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results:After 3 months of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and inflammatory response indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the improvement of immune function indicators was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the total incidence of palpitation,hand tremor,hyperhidrosis,insomnia,nausea and vomiting and dry mouth between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:After DTC,Jianpi Yishen formula combined with levothyroxine sodium tablets can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce inflammatory reaction and improve immune function,and has no obvious increase in adverse reactions.
