基于QCM的工业废水中重金属检测

摘要 锌离子(Zn^(2+))的检测涉及到食品,水土环境,人体病理等多方面人类安全问题,越发受到国内外学者的关注。为方便且准确地检测排放污水中Zn^(2+)是否达标,采用涂覆能够特异性吸附Zn^(2+)的含醚键离子交换树脂薄膜到石英晶体微天平(QCM)电极上,制备了重金属传感器。通过测量QCM的共振频移,研究了传感器的选择特性,检测精度,检测响应时间和重复性。实验结果表明:制备的涂覆含醚键树脂薄膜石英晶体传感器频率随Zn^(2+)的含量变化明显,检测精确度约为95%,可重复多次检测,检测时长适度。该传感器研究成果在重金属实际检测方面中有潜在的应用前景。 The detection of zinc ion(Zn^(2+))involves many aspects of human safety issues,such as food,water and soil environment,human pathology,and attracts more and more attention from domestic and foreign scholars.In order to conveniently and accurately detect whether the Zn^(2+)in discharged sewage reach the standard,a heavy metal sensor is prepared by coating an ion exchange resin film containing ether bond which can specifically adsorb Zn^(2+)on the electrode of quartz crystal microbalance(QCM).By measuring the resonance frequency shift of QCM,the selection characteristics,detection precision,detection response time and repeatability of the sensor are studied.The experimental results show that the frequency of the prepared quartz crystal sensor coated with ether bond resin film changes obviously with the content of Zn^(2+),the detection accuracy is about 95%,and the detection can be repeated for many times,and the detection time is moderate.The research results of this sensor have potential application prospects in the actual detection of heavy metals.
