摘要
浮选机浮选动力学研究是近年来浮选理论研究中最活跃的课题之一,对优化浮选工艺参数、控制浮选设备、改进浮选工艺、提高浮选效率等都具有重要意义。气泡特征参数是浮选动力学过程的关键参数之一,但是目前关于气泡特征参数的检测研究存在较多的理想假设和一定的局限性,与原位检测环境相比有很大差距。针对此问题,本文研究了浮选过程中充气速率、气泡大小和气泡负载的原位检测方法,设计了硬件架构和软件算法,开发了充气速率测量仪、气泡大小测量仪和气泡负载测量仪3种仪器,在实际应用场景中进行了相关试验。结果表明,3种检测手段准确度高,自动化和智能化程度高,能为浮选过程研究、浮选工艺流程优化等提供有效的数据支撑。
The study of kinetics is one of the popular topics in flotation research.It is of great significance to optimize flotation process parameters,control flotation equipment,improve flotation processes and flotation efficiency.Bubble characteristic parameters are one of the key parameters in flotation kinetics,but currently there are many ideal assumptions and certain limitations in the detection re⁃search of bubble characteristic parameters.Compared with the in-situ detection environment,there is a significant gap.In response to this issue,this article studied the in-situ detection methods for inflation rate,bubble size,and bubble load in the flotation process.Hardware architecture and software algorithms were designed,and three instruments were developed:inflation rate measuring instru⁃ment,bubble size measuring instrument,and bubble load measuring instrument.Relevant experiments were conducted in practical ap⁃plication scenarios.The results indicate that the three detection methods have high accuracy,automation,and intelligence,and can pro⁃vide effective data support for flotation process research and optimization of flotation process flow.
