摘要
类型教育视角下,“双师型”是职业教育对教师规格的特殊要求,也是必然要求。“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的数量不足、来源单一、专业化水平低等问题,是职业技术师范教育边缘化、校企人员流动单向化和职后转型培训形式化等因素叠加造成的。加强“双师型”教师队伍建设,需要国家、社会、学校三个层面联动,通过加强职业技术师范教育、构建校企协同培养机制、建立管理考评机制等路径来实现。
From the perspective of type education,“dual-teacher type”is a special and inevitable requirement for teachers of vocational education.The problems of insufficient quantity,single source and low professional level in the construction of“dual-teacher type”teaching staff are caused by the marginalization of vocational and technical teacher education,the one-way flow of personnel between schools and enterprises and the formalization of continuous education.To strengthen the construction of the“dual-teacher type”teaching staff,it is necessary to work together among the state,society and schools,and to achieve it by strengthening vocational and technical teacher education,building a school-enterprise collaborative training mechanism,and establishing a management and evaluation mechanism.
