人干扰素α2b栓联合冷冻疗法治疗慢性宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒感染的临床效果

Clinical effect of Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Suppository combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with human papilloma virus infection

目的 探讨人干扰素α2b栓联合冷冻疗法治疗慢性宫颈炎伴人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的临床效果。方法 选取2023年1月至6月济南市精神卫生中心收治的72例慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染的患者为研究对象,按照单双号法分为对照组(36例)、观察组(36例)。对照组给予冷冻疗法,观察组给予人干扰素α2b栓联合冷冻疗法,比较两组临床效果。结果 观察组HPV转阴率高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组临床疗效优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后两组白介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平较治疗前低,且观察组比对照组更低(P <0.05)。结论 人干扰素α2b栓联合冷冻疗法治疗慢性宫颈炎伴HPV感染的临床效果较好,能够提高HPV转阴率及临床疗效,降低血清炎症因子水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Suppository combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic cervicitis with HPV infection admitted to Jinan Mental Health Center from January to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into the control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases)according to odd and even numbers method.The control group was given cryotherapy,the observation group was given Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Suppository combined with cryotherapy.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The negative conversion rate of HPV in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Suppository combined with cryotherapy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with HPV infection is better,which can improve the negative conversion rate of HPV and clinical efficacy,and reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
