双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合间歇蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果

Clinical effect of Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets combined with intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice

摘要 目的 观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合间歇蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的临床效果。方法 选取2022年7月至2023年9月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的112例黄疸新生儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组56例。对照组给予间歇蓝光照射治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、黄疸消失时间、住院时间及血清胆红素水平。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);研究组黄疸消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05);治疗后,两组直接胆红素(DBil)、间接胆红素(IBil)、总胆红素(TBil)水平均低于治疗前(P <0.05),且研究组DBil、IBil、TBil水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合间歇蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸可以降低血清胆红素水平,促进黄疸消退,具有显著的临床效果。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets combined with intermittent blue light irradiation in the treatment of neonatal jaundice.Methods A total of 112 neonates with jaundice in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intermittent blue light irradiation,and the study group was treated with Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,time of jaundice symptom disappearance,length of hospitalization,and levels of serum bilirubin were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The time of jaundice disappearance and length of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of direct bilirubin(DBil),indirect bilirubin(IBil),and total bilirubin(TBil)in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of DBil,IBil,and TBil in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bifidobacterium Quadruplex Viable Tablets combined with intermittent blue light irradiation treating neonatal jaundice can reduce the level of serum bilirubin,promote the regression of jaundice,and has significant clinical effect.
