“互联网+”儿童保健服务模式在儿童保健中的应用

Application of“Internet+”child health care service model in child health care

目的 探讨“互联网+”儿童保健服务模式在儿童保健中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年8月至2023年2月平阴县中医医院80例接受保健服务的儿童,以随机数字表法分为干预组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组实施常规儿童保健服务模式,干预组实施“互联网+”儿童保健服务模式,比较两组发育状况及家长满意度。结果 干预后,两组神经心理发育评分均升高,且干预组较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);干预组家长总满意率较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 “互联网+”儿童保健服务模式能够改善儿童的发育状况,提高家长满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of“Internet+”child health care service model in child health care.Methods A total of 80 children from August 2021 to February 2023 who received health care service in Pingyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into intervention group(n=40)and control group(n=40)by the random number table method.The control group implemented routine child health care service model,and the intervention group implemented“Internet+”child health care service model.The developmental status and parental satisfaction in both groups were compared.Results After intervention,the score of neuropsychological development in both groups was increased,and that was higher in the intervention group than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total parental satisfaction rate in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion“Internet+”child health care service model can improve children’s development and parental satisfaction.
