乙酰半胱氨酸、异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童百日咳的效果

Effect of Acetylcysteine,Ipratropium Bromide,and Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pertussis in children

目的 探讨乙酰半胱氨酸、异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童百日咳的效果。方法 选取2020年1月至2023年10月于济宁市兖州区中医医院治疗的90例百日咳患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。对照组采用琥乙红霉素治疗,观察组采用乙酰半胱氨酸+异丙托溴铵+布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组的肺功能、炎症因子水平、治疗总有效率。结果 治疗后,观察组达峰容积比、达峰时间比、潮气量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白介素-4、白介素-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 乙酰半胱氨酸、异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童百日咳的效果显著,可改善肺功能,减轻炎症反应,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Acetylcysteine,Ipratropium Bromide,and Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pertussis in children.Methods A total of 90 children with pertussis in Yanzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jining City from January 2020 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate,and the observation group was treated with Acetylcysteine+Ipratropium Bromide+Budesonide aerosol inhalation.The lung function,inflammatory factor levels,and total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the ratio of volume at peak tidal expiratory flow to expiratory tidal volume,ratio of time to peak tidal expiratory flow to total expiratory time,and tidal volume in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-4,interleukin-8,and tumor necrosis factor-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acetylcysteine,Ipratropium Bromide,and Budesonide aerosol inhalation treating pertussis in children has remarkable effect,which can improve lung function and reduce inflammation,and is worth popularizing and applying.
