摘要
目的 探讨乙酰半胱氨酸联合布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎的效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法 选取2021年1月至2023年1月济南市第三人民医院收治的160例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各80例。对照组采用乙酰半胱氨酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组炎症指标、症状改善时间及免疫功能指标。结果 治疗后,观察组肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6水平均低于对照组,白细胞介素-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复时间及咳嗽、气喘、肺部啰音、X线片阴影消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组治疗后免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 小儿肺炎应用乙酰半胱氨酸联合布地奈德治疗可降低患儿炎症因子水平,加速症状改善,提高免疫功能。
Objective To explore the effect of Acetyl Cysteine combined with Budesonide in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia and its influence on immune function.Methods A total of 160 children with pneumonia treated in Jinan Third People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Acetyl Cysteine,and the observation group was treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group.The inflammatory indicators,symptoms improvement time,and immune function indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-10 was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature and disappearance time of cough,asthma,lung rales,and X-ray shadows in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin A,immunoglobulin G,and immunoglobulin M in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Acetyl Cysteine combined with Budesonide in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in children,accelerate symptoms improvement,and improve immune function.
