摘要
目的 观察基于数字化导航技术的3D打印导板在女性前牙美学种植修复中的应用效果。方法选取邯郸爱眼医院2019年1月至2023年12月收治的102例拟行前牙美学种植修复的女性患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各51例。研究组采用基于数字化导航技术的3D打印导板,对照组采用传统种植修复方法。比较两组种植后的精准度、临床疗效及满意度。结果 研究组深度、角度、根尖部距离及颈部距离偏差均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组探诊深度浅于对照组,龈沟出血指数、改良菌斑指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组满意度评分为(98.25±0.12)分,高于对照组的(83.64±0.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于数字化导航技术的3D打印导板在女性前牙美学种植修复中应用,具有较好的准确度,且临床疗效较好,患者满意度高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the application effect of 3D printing guide plate based on digital navigation technology in aesthetic implant restoration of female anterior teeth.Methods A total of 102 female patients planning to undergo aesthetic implant restoration of anterior teeth admitted to Handan Aiyan Hospital were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the study group and the control group by the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The study group was treated with 3D printing guide plate based on digital navigation technology,while the control group was treated with traditional implant restoration method.The accuracy after implantation,clinical effect,and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The deviations of depth,angle,apical distance,and neck distance in the study group were smaller than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The probing depth of the study group was shallower than that of the control group,the sulcus bleeding index and the modified plaque index of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the study group was(98.25±0.12)points,which was higher than(83.64±0.28)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing guide plate based on digital navigation technology in aesthetic implant restoration of female anterior teeth has good accuracy and clinical efficacy,and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
