精细化护理在小儿腹泻中的应用

Application of fine nursing in children with diarrhea

目的 探讨精细化护理在小儿腹泻中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至12月兰陵县金岭卫生院儿科收治的80例腹泻患儿,采用随机数字表法分组,对照组(40例)采取常规护理,观察组(40例)实施精细化护理。比较两组的临床症状缓解时间、并发症、生活质量及家属满意度。结果 观察组各临床症状缓解时间短于对照组(P <0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理后生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患儿家属护理总满意率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 应用精细化护理对腹泻患儿实施护理干预,能够减少并发症的发生,促进患儿机体生理功能恢复。

Objective To explore the application effect of fine nursing in children with diarrhea.Methods A total of 80 children with diarrhea admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Lanling County Jinling Health Center from January to December 2022 were selected and divided by random number table method.The control group(40 cases)received routine nursing,and the observation group(40 cases)received intensive nursing.The clinical symptom remission time,complications,quality of life,and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The remission time of clinical symptoms in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The score of quality of life after nursing in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of family members in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of fine nursing intervention in children with diarrhea can reduce the occurrence of complications and promote the recovery of physiological function.
