幽门螺杆菌感染与肝脏疾病相关性研究的知识图谱分析

An atlas analysis of studies on the correlation between helicobacter pylori infection and hepatic diseases

目的:通过文献计量学方法,分析近30年幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与肝脏疾病相关性研究的热点内容和发展趋势,为后续深入探究该领域提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、Web of Science核心数据集(WOSCC)1993年1月1日至2023年6月15日Hp感染与肝脏疾病相关性研究的文献。应用VOSviewer 1.6.19及CiteSpace 6.2.R2软件对纳入文献的发文国家、机构、作者、本研究领域的热点和前沿方向进行统计分析。结果:中文数据库共纳入文献517篇,WOSCC数据库纳入文献168篇。年总发文量呈波动上升趋势,自2016年始该领域发文量呈下降趋势;中国和美国是该领域论文高产出国家;吉林大学中日联谊医院及埃及国家知识库(EKB)为该领域的核心机构;关键词分析显示Hp、非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)、胰岛素抵抗、慢性乙型肝炎、肝纤维化是现阶段的研究热点。结论:近年来Hp感染与肝脏疾病相关性研究的关注度趋冷,尚未形成核心作者和机构群;该领域研究热点主要集中在Hp感染-胰岛素抵抗-NAFLD-代谢综合征以及Hp感染-肝炎-肝纤维化-肝硬化两大研究方向,更全面、深入地探索Hp在肝脏疾病发病中的作用机制,解决现有的临床争议问题是本领域未来研究的趋势。

Objective:Through the bibliometric method,we analyzed the hot content and development trend of Hp infection and liver disease in the past 30 years and provided a reference for further investigation in this field.Methods:The literature on the correlation between Hp infection and liver disease from January 1,1993 to June 15,2023 in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and WOSCC was searched.The VOSviewer 1.6.19 and CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software were used to statistically analyze the countries of publication,institutions,authors,hotspots,and frontier directions in this research area of the included literature.Results:A total of 517 articles were included in the Chinese database and 168 articles were included in the WOSCC database.The annual total number of publications showed a fluctuating upward trend,and the number of publications in this field showed a decreasing trend since 2016.China and the United States are the high output countries of papers in this field.China-Japan Friendship Hospital of Jilin University and Egyptian National Knowledge Base(EKB)are the core institutions in this field;the keyword analysis showed that Helicobacter pylori,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,insulin resistance,chronic hepatitis B,and liver fibrosis are the current stage research Hot spot.Conclusion:In recent years,the attention of research on the correlation between Hp infection and hepatic diseases has cooled down,and a core group of authors and institutions has yet to be formed.The research hotspots in this field are mainly focused on the two major research directions of Hp infection-insulin resistance-non-alcoholic fatty liver disease-metabolic syndrome as well as Hp infection-hepatitis-hepatic fibrosis-cirrhosis.And it is the trend of future research in this field to explore more comprehensively and in-depth the mechanism of the role of Hp in the pathogenesis of hepatic diseases and to solve the existing clinical controversial issues.
